Dialect(s)/language(s): Mandarin Chinese, some Japanese
Relevant information: my Mandarin Chinese has an American accent and a Taiwan accent (as opposed to the "standard" Beijing accent). I am not a native speaker of Japanese (studied it for 4+ years).

Dialect(s)/language(s): Korean
Relevant information: I speak 표준어 (Standard Korean)/서울말 (Seoul dialect), can possibly consult for 충청 방언 (Chungcheong dialect) but I'm only loosely familiar with it.

Language: Japanese
Relevant information: I'm not a native speaker, but I am fluent and don't have an accent

Dialect(s)/language(s): Korean
Relevant information: I'm not fully fluent in the language, but my listening comprehension is better than my production and I have a little familiarity with the linguistics of Korean. I speak with an American accent, but I can recognize properly pronounced Seoul dialect.

Dialect(s)/language(s): Standard Mandarin, Changsha topolect of Chinese
Relevant information: I speak Standard Mandarin with a Hunan accent - Chinese friends describe that accent as sounding rather 'musical', because of the way I let the morphemes lilt into each other rather than having them separated rigidly, the way it is typically done in Standard Mandarin.
I am on the low end of the intermediate level when it comes to the Changsha topolect (part of the Xiang topolect/dialect/language family of Chinese). I am better at listening than speaking. I'm not a native speaker, but it is the native language of the place I was born and raised, and my mother is a native speaker.

Dialect(s)/language(s): (southern) German
Relevant information: though I don't speak fluently anymore, my ear's better than my tongue. Said ear can handle both standard hochdeutsch and, to some extent, mid-to-southern dialectal usage. (One parent is a native speaker of schwäbisch; my accent when speaking hochdeutsch is ineluctably colored by this.)
ETA to be clear: given the stated "fics in non-English languages associated with chromatic cultural groups," I'm not expecting a whole story in German, but bits of dialogue or names are plausible as well as in keeping with this overall project.

Contact info: you can PM me on DW or LJ under the same name.
Dialect(s)/language(s): Irish Gaelic
Relevant information: I'm not fully fluent by ear but as long as you send me a text copy, I'm ok. Got a Connemara Gaeltacht accent and can put on a Donegal accent too.

Dialect(s)/language(s): Arabic
Relevant information: I'm not fluent but I can help with pronunciation.

Dialect(s)/language(s): French, Italian, Modern Greek
Relevant information: native-speaker fluency in French, though I have a slight Belgian accent ; fluent in Italian, with a "you're not Italian but also not American and I can't quite place you" accent (according to Italian friends) ; heritage speaker of Modern Greek (ie. can't help with Ancient Greek, not so great with modern Greek meaning/comprehension, but apparently quite good with pronunciation - go figure)

Dialect(s)/language(s): Mandarin Chinese
Relevant information: I’m a heritage speaker with what’s probably a vaguely American accent (native speakers of Mandarin have said that I sound southern Chinese). I’m fluent enough to help with tones, prosody, intonation, consonants/vowels, etc. I work with Audacity and can record samples if you’d like.
